Refund policy

Magic Displays is a trading name of Status Print Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction and comply fully with UK consumer law. Returns Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To qualify for a return:
•⁠  ⁠Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging
•⁠  ⁠Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable unless faulty,
•⁠  ⁠Custom-made or personalised displays
•⁠  ⁠Items produced to your specifications
•⁠  ⁠Sale or clearance items

Faulty or Incorrect Items, If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Refund:
•⁠  ⁠Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
•⁠  ⁠Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
•⁠  ⁠Original delivery charges are refunded only where required by law or where the item is faulty.

Return Postage:
•⁠  ⁠Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
•⁠  ⁠We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
